How to Report a Stranded Animal

Contact the ARK at (361) 749-6793, (361) 442-7638,
or any law enforcement officer before handling
or interacting with a wild animal. 

Never push a stranded Sea Turtle or Dolphin back out to sea.  It has washed up for a reason and will require help.


SEA TURTLES, BIRDS AND MOST MAMMALS ARE PROTECTED BY LAW AND MANY ARE
DANGEROUS TO HANDLE!
